As Senior Manager, Destination Development for the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board (BOQ RMB) for the past eight years, Trevor Norris developed and now leads the Bay of Quinte Crafting Sustainable and Memorable Experiences program and workshop where he and his team coach partner businesses in regenerative experience development. His other portfolios for BOQ RMB include managing Travel Trade and Sport Tourism.
Before moving to the Bay of Quinte region in 2013, Trevor was VP of Canada’s largest music services company, Indie Pool, for 9 years before his passion for wine saw him retrain and certify as a Sommelier. Drawn to rural life, Trevor and his wife bought a farm in Prince Edward County, Ontario, where Trevor was hired as Winery Manager for Rosehall Run Winery and Karlo Estates Winery. In 2014, he planted his own vineyard, Danforth Ridge Vineyards, which he co-manages today.
Trevor is the former Vice Chair serving on the Board of Directors for Eastern Ontario's Regional Tourism Organization 9, has worked for Prince Edward County’s past tourism organization, Taste The County, and also served on the Board of Directors for the Prince Edward County Winegrowers Association.
